The second part of this two-part presentation takes the audience through the drug-testing process from the beginning of the collection to the final reporting to the employer. This gained insight helps the audience understand the difficulties and challenges of drug testing.

Explain the steps the medical review officer uses to evaluate the results of the drug test
Describe the standard process the medical review officer uses to relay the results to the donor
Describe the process the medical review officer uses to determine a positive, negative or other category of results
List the options presented to the donor if they disagree with the results
