The presenter discusses the unique needs of the aging injured worker. This includes how equipment and the level of care changes as the worker ages. This may adversely affect long-term medical reserves on the file. The presenter also discusses strategies employers can implement to mitigate loss. The presenter designed this session for employers, safety representatives and nurses. He offers this session for physicians and health-care providers at 9:30 a.m., Thursday.
