Speaker: David Dennison, end user safety specialist, Flaherty Sales Co.
Dennison has been involved in safety and compliance for nearly 30 years. Following service as a flight medic with the U.S. Army 82nd Airborne and seeing combat in Grenada, he became a firefighter and paramedic, ending his active service in 2015 with the Plain Twp. Fire Dept. Dennison served as a technician on the Stark County HazMat team. He has been a safety manager and director in the manufacturing industry, a food manufacturing facility, and for a large union commercial/industrial construction firm. He is a past chairman of the Stark County Safety Council and the Stark County Local Emergency Planning Committee, where he still serves as chairman of the compliance and enforcement subcommittee. Dennison is the end-user safety specialist for Flaherty Sales, representing Werner Ladders and Werner Fall Protection in Ohio and surrounding states.
