Bowman is a senior training consultant at Sedgwick and holds a doctorate in organizational psychology from Touro University. His research and consulting work have focused on conflict, fairness, and generational differences in the workplace. Bowman has worked in Ohio workers’ compensation at Sedgwick since 2007 as a claim examiner, direct marketing, and internal account specialist. Bowman is currently involved in Sedgwick’s leadership development programs. He also is an adjunct professor at Marion Technical College where he teaches psychology. He holds a bachelor’s degree in history from The Ohio State University and a master’s degree in conflict resolution from Antioch Midwest University. He also holds the Professional in Human Resources and Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional human resources certification.
