Weeden has practiced in workers’ compensation for 31 years, representing employers in all aspects of their workers’ compensation and risk management programs. She represents employers at all administrative hearing levels before the Industrial Commission of Ohio and the adjudicating bodies of the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation. She also represents employers at all levels of the Ohio court system and has argued in the Ohio Supreme Court. Weeden is a frequent speaker on workers’ compensation matters and provides training to employers regarding strategies that can be employed at the supervisory level to effectively defend workers’ compensation claims. She received a juris doctorate from Capital University Law School in 1988.
