Hernandez has practiced in worker's compensation for 32 years. He routinely advises on workers’ compensation program administration, company policy drafting, including return to work, and workplace safety policies, as well as effective risk management strategies. He is a seasoned trial attorney and has conducted at least 18 jury trials. He practices at all administrative levels and at all levels of the Ohio court system. Hernandez is a certified Worker's Compensation specialist through the Ohio State Bar Association. He received a juris doctorate from Capital University Law school in 1986.
