Speaker: Denise Honsberger, COSS, SHRM-SCP , Workers’ Compensation/Human Resources Administrator, The Rudolph Libbe Group
Honsberger has worked for The Rudolph Libbe Group, a full-service construction and specialty trades contractor, as a workers’ compensation/human resources administrator for five years. She manages workers' compensation claims for their state fund and self-insured employers throughout the U.S. Honsberger also works in their human resources department and is responsible for property and liability claims and OSHA recordkeeping. Honsberger has been a workers' compensation and safety professional for more than 25 years, having worked in law firms, manufacturing facilities, and the health-care industry. Honsberger has an associate’s degree in marketing and sales from Owens College and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Heidelberg College. As a Society of Human Resource Management – SCP and certified occupational safety specialist she enjoys any opportunity to provide human resource and safety training to others.
