Grappy oversees the Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) program for the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation (BWC). The UAS program uses drones to document catastrophic workplace accidents investigated by the Safety Violations Investigation Unit. Josh has been certified by the FAA as a remote pilot since 2016 and he has more than 12 years of experience with remote control technology. Grappy also works as a digital forensic analyst within the Special Investigations Department and is a 19-year BWC employee.
