Speaker: Larry Sanford, J.D., Associate Legal Counsel, Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation
Sanford has represented the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation (BWC) before the Industrial Commission of Ohio for 19 years in the Columbus and Cambridge service offices. He also advises the group responsible for processing death claims. Sanford advises BWC staff in Columbus and Cambridge in routine and non-routine claims matters. He also advises the BWC policy department when drafting polices relating to death claims and other claims-related matters and he represents BWC auditors before the adjudicating committee.
