Smiley, as a clinical pharmacist liaison with the Optum Workers' Comp and Auto No-Fault division, she assists the account management team by overseeing clinical programs for our clients. Smiley reviews medication trends and evaluates the use of medications used in the workers’ compensation industry, recommending interventions where necessary. With more than 10 years of experience in the ever-evolving workers’ compensation setting, she has also assisted in the development and establishment of several clinical programs to improve the medication therapy of injured workers.
