Baker is a leader on the Columbus State Community College campus. As the creator of the Women’s Connection program, Columbus State Leadership Society and the Diversity Peer Educator program, Baker evaluates campus and student needs and responds with impactful program. Over the past seven years, she has had the privilege to serve in a variety of leadership roles at Columbus State Community College. During her tenure and time in the departments of Student Engagement and Leadership and Global Diversity and Inclusion, Baker discovered her true calling is to empower college students through personal mentorship, development of leadership opportunities and thoughtful programming. Her passion is the development and success of students; in her current role she is able to work within her strengths. Baker is an alumni of Columbus State Community College and a student at The Ohio State University.
