Cynthia has 37 yrs. of nursing experience and has worked in various fields of nursing. Her clinical experience consisted of Intensive Care nursing and many years as an Operating Room Nurse. Administratively, Cynthia has worked in billing and insurance reimbursements with a private provider’s office. She has over 11 yrs. of experience in The Ohio Worker’s Compensation System. The majority of her experience has been in Utilization Review and medical cost savings. She has been an active participant with the Ohio BWC’s Quality of Care Committee for the past 6 years working with BWC representatives as well as other MCO Colleagues to assist with changes and improvements to treatment guidelines and BWC policy updates. She enjoys working closely with the BWC to help bring positive change to the worker’s complementation system. Cindy also works with the MCO billing department and assists with resolution of coding issues relating to Utilization Review as a Certified Professional Coder.
Cynthia is currently over the Utilization Review team for CompManagement Health Systems here in Ohio.
