Siemens has a multi-faceted background in operations, manufacturing, sales and administration, with more than 20 years’ experience as president and owner of a multi-million dollar manufacturing company. Siemens has presented interesting and educational classes, workshops, hands-on instruction and seminars for 16 years. His engaging style is dedicated to expanding the knowledge of his students. As an authorized Occuptaional Safety and Health Administration outreach instructor for Royal Arc, Siemens has conducted industrial training seminars at colleges throughout the Midwest. His commanding leadership style creates a mindset for real learning and comprehension for all. In addition to holding his structural engineering position and serving as the senior instructor, Siemens is also a Michigan Occupational and Health Administration partner and a Southeast Michigan Safety Council member. Siemens leads the only crane instruction program in Michigan that has multiple approval privileges for issuing continuing education credits for the Department of Environmental Quality for the state of Michigan.
