Speaker: Carrie Kamm, RS, MPH, Food Protection Program Coordinator, Columbus Public Health Kamm has her Bachelor of Science in microbiology from Bowling Green State University, and her master’s degree in public health from the Northwest Consortium for Public Health. She has more than 13 years of experience in the food protection program, and is the coordinator of the foodborne illness and food safety education programs at Columbus Public Health. Kamm is also a registered sanitarian with the state of Ohio and has four years of experience teaching ServSafe managers food safety trainings.
