Mr. Peters's professional experiences include implementing Transitional Work Development Programs to minimize effects of Ohio worker’s compensation and long-term disability costs on company profits, educating and preparing employers to properly return injured workers into the workforce; Consulting with Company staff to establish injury prevention and pre-claim intervention programs using established ergonomic and safety principles, promoting wellness, creating cooperative culture aimed at promoting wellness and creating leverage to reduce health care costs; Providing Vocational Case Management, and return to work services such as Job Placement and Development, Job Coaching and Situational Assessments coupled with ergonomics and on-work-site physical rehabilitation to return the injured and disabled to viable work destinations.
