Speaker: Duane Soisson, Traffic Control Design Engineer, Ohio Department of Transportation Soisson is the supervisor for the traffic control section in ODOT’s Office of Roadway Engineering. His section designs guidance for signing, traffic signals, markings, highway lighting and maintenance of traffic. He graduated from The Ohio State University and is a registered professional engineer in Ohio.
