Speaker: Lindsey Grimm, Director, Licking County Recycling Lindsey Grimm resides in rural Morrow County with her family and has always had a passion for the environment. She got her start as a watershed coordinator for the Upper Olentangy Watershed and an additional eight years of service for the Morrow and Licking County Soil and Water Conservation Districts. Most recently, Grimm became the Director of the Licking County Recycling Department in July of 2012.
