Pottorff is a certified industrial ergonomist with a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in industrial engineering, plus the associate in risk management designation and has nearly 30 years of experience conducting on-site ergonomics assessments. He has worked in professional roles with companies such as United Parcel Service (internship), Texas Instruments, The Aluminum Company of America, and Zurich Services Corporation. He has also worked with thousands of leading companies around the world to improve the operations and business via customized assessments and full-length ergonomics courses. Pottorff has authored numerous articles for publications such as Industrial & Systems Engineering magazine and the Contact Center Pipeline newsletter, and has presented numerous technical ergonomics topics at professional ergonomics and safety conferences. He is currently the Principal at QP3 ErgoSystems, and has built it into a full-service risk consulting firm with a nationwide team including ergonomists, industrial hygienists, safety, environmental, and property experts.
