Weber has been involved in the health and safety profession for more than 27 years. His areas of focus include all aspects of training and skills of such. He has expertise in drug and alcohol awareness and safety team development. His knowledge and experience allow him to consult, develop, and implement drug and alcohol testing programs for companies in all facets of business and industry. He is currently the operations manager of the health & safety consulting team for Sheakley Workforce Management Services. Weber presents both employee awareness and supervisory skills training. He works with employers to develop programs to help make their workplaces safe for their employees while reducing workplace injuries. Since 2003, he has been a respected member and officer of the local chapter of the American Society of Safety Professionals organization where he currently holds both executive level and a certificate of safety management. He serves on the regional operating and membership development committees and chairs the regions nominations committee since 2012.
