Bowdish has led the corporate training division of On Demand Drug Testing & Work Solutions’ programs since 2015. With more than a decade of experience working within the occupational health and safety industry, she has been called on by local news outlets as well as state leaders to provide knowledge and experience on some of the toughest topics plaguing our workforce today. She has been asked to be a keynote speaker at events regionally and nationally as well as presenting at schools spreading drug awareness and prevention skills. Additionally, she has given lectures and held seminars with the Youngstown Warren Regional Chamber, National Safety Council, and Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation. Bowdish has had the honor of speaking at the Ohio Statehouse among Ohio’s top leadership, providing her insight to aid in the proposal of legislation as well as sitting on the health-care panel for the senate caucus. She has dedicated her education and career to promoting safe and healthy work environments as well as increasing corporate and individual success stories. She is currently practicing as a licensed chemical dependency counselor where she works with individuals who experience firsthand the effects of the nation’s evolving drug culture.
