Engler is a human resource consultant and practitioner with nearly 15 years of experience, primarily in the human resource outsourcing space. She works directly with small and mid-sized businesses in the areas of organizational development, coaching, leadership development, employee relations, benefits and compensation, payroll, performance management, recruitment, risk management, and employment law. Engler has worked with clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, construction, health care, not-for-profit, and information technology. She is a graduate of The Ohio State University (B.A. Political Science) and the Keller Graduate School of Management at DeVry University (MHRM).
