Speaker: Chrisanne Gordon, M.D., medical director, CareWorks of Ohio
Gordon is a practicing physician and a traumatic brain injury survivor. She is the founder of the Resurrecting Lives Foundation, which advocates for proper diagnosis and treatment of traumatic brain injuries, especially among veterans. She is widely published on the topic of traumatic brain injuries — including her book “Turn the Lights On! A Physician’s Personal Journey from the Darkness of Traumatic Brain Injury to Hope, Healing, and Recovery” — and is a frequent speaker on the topic. Gordon attended medical school at The Ohio State University College of Medicine and is certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation.
