Dugan has served as the Director of Learning and Development for Wasserstrom for two years. Prior to that, she was a human resources and corporate trainer for FlightSafety International, the world’s leading provider of aviation training emphasizing safety in flight. Her areas of expertise are coaching and training in the soft skills for leadership. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in business administration from The Ohio State University. She has two senior level certifications, a senior professional in human resources (SPHR) from Human Resources Certification Institute and a senior certified professional (SHRM-SCP) from Society for Human Resource Management.
