Yamamoto is a senior industrial hygienist and team lead for toxicology and risk assessment for the 711th Human Performance Wing at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton. Previously, he served 23 years on active duty with the U.S. Air Force, as a bio-environmental engineer. He is the 2019 Chair of the Board for Global EHS Credentialing (was ABIH) and has been on the board since 2015.
