Speaker: Jennifer Iceman, Assistant Directory of Human Resources, Olentangy Local School District
Iceman is a human resources professional with more than 20 years of experience including: hiring, recruiting, discipline, workers' compensation, school safety, employee training and presenting, public speaking, and grant writing. In addition to a bachelor's in human resources and employee assistance counseling, she holds an associates degree in risk management, is a Certified School Risk Manager, and is a Certified ALICE instructor. Iceman currently manages the following committees: Community Safety Committee, Classified Supervisors Team, initiated and manages the Central Ohio Safety Mangers Team and assists in managing the Olentangy Local School District human resources team. She believes a school district administrator’s purpose is to ensure the safety and security of every student in the district, and to hire and train the best teachers, aides, staff and administrators to ensure all students can receive an exemplary education.
