Speaker: Michael Schuiling, Township Administrator, Liberty Township
Schuiling oversees the operations of a progressive high-performance emergency medical services (EMS) system. He serves as the department’s chief and director of more than 140 employees. Schuliling responds to major emergencies and functions as a senior officer of the county’s emergency command staff. He serves as a key member in the Emergency Operations Center and Countywide Emergency Response Planning Staff as well as being the director of training and education. Schuiling received his education from Madison Fire Education in Paramedicine Firefighting and his Ohio Public Safety Instructor training from the North Central EMS Training Institute.
