Rupert is a senior compliance officer for the State of Ohio, Public Employment Risk Reduction Program (PERRP). She has worked for PERRP since 2014. In her current capacity, Rupert serves a dual role as a compliance investigator for safety and health regulatory enforcement for public employees in Ohio. She holds an associate degree in environmental health from Hocking College, and a bachelor's in education from The Ohio State University.
