Speaker: David Foster, Certified NCCCO TSS Crane Oper, President/Owner, Little Miami Crane Inspection & Training LLC
Foster has worked in the truck equipment industry for more than 40 years and has been providing technical and safety training for more than 12 years. The oil and gas industry, propane industry, state, and government have been his primary customers. He has worked with the Propane Education Research Council, Public Employment Risk Reduction, the U.S. Navy, and many others. Foster has also been a speaker at many different conferences throughout the country. His education comes from many years of courses and hands-on experience during his career. His experience started with Crane and Rigging Inspection, Train the Trainer, Adult education, National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO) Mobil Crane prep training. Foster currently holds a NCCCO TSS crane operator certification and chairs the NCCCO Service Truck Work Group. He is also a member of the NCCCO Crane Type and Practical Examiner Audit committees.
