Speaker: Billie Workman, J.D., Staff Attorney, Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation
Workman graduated in 1978 with a bachelor's from St. John College of Cleveland. While teaching LPNs, she attended and received a doctorate in education from Kent State University in 1986. In 1988, she completed a juris doctorate at Cleveland Marshall School of Law. After law school she worked as in-house counsel for approximately 10 years. Since 1998, Workman has worked for the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation as an attorney.
