Speaker: Jana Yenyo, J.D., Staff Attorney, Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation
Yenyo has been working as a staff attorney for the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation (BWC) since 2014, where she represents BWC before the Industrial Commission of Ohio in administrative hearings. She also serves as a legal adviser to BWC claims staff and assists them with complying with the law and BWC policy regarding claims management. Prior to working for BWC, Yenyo was employed by the Ohio Attorney General's Office and represented BWC in court appeals.
