Speaker: Miranda Williams, Pharm.D., R. Ph., Director of Pharmacy Program, Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation
Williams is the pharmacy program director at Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation. In her role, she oversees the prior authorization process, works to constantly update, and improve the closed formulary by chairing the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee, manages the evaluation of claims for drug appropriateness, and ensures the quality of pharmacy services. Williams was previously the clinical operations manager for the pharmacy program. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Findlay.
