Speaker: Teresa Arms, Director, Predictive Analytics, Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation
Teresa Arms has been BWC since June 1997 and has been involved with the MCOs and HPP the entire time. She is currently the Director of Predicitive Analytics at BWC. Prior to her current position she was the Director of the MCO Business & Reporting Unit at BWC for over 10 years. Prior to coming to hte Bureau she worked in Health Insurance. She graduated with a BS in Mathematics from Idaho State University.
