Speaker: Scott McFadden, Claims Director, Columbus Service Office, BWC
McFadden began his career with the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation 25 years ago. During his tenure with BWC he has held various roles within the Claims Services Division. He is currently the claims director for the Columbus service office. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Mount Vernon Nazarene. He is an Ohio Certified Public Manager and received his professional designation from The John Glenn College of Public Affairs at the Ohio State University. McFadden is passionate about delivering consistent exemplary customer experiences. He strives to be an example for his team and is quick to lend a helping hand, smile and encouraging word to all.
