Speaker: Christine Nickloes, Absence Management Operations Manager, Sheakley
Nickloes has over 30 years of experience in workers’ compensation and claims management. She started her career with a national retail chain in the Occupational Health Department.
During her career she developed a claims management and return-to-work program that resulted in 1.5 million in savings with their workers’ compensation premiums. After 14 years as the Occupational Health Supervisor, she took some time off to raise her three children. During this time, she remained active in the
workers’ compensation arena by assisting the Ohio Self-Insurers Association and the Southwest Ohio Self-Insurers Association with annual events and seminars. As she re-entered the workforce, she drew from her health care and workers’ comp expertise to launch a successful consulting business focusing on claims management and independent medical evaluation services. Christine is currently the Absence Management Operations Manager for Sheakley Uniservice where she directly assists companies in ways
to reduce their overall loss time rates by developing successful return-to-work programs.
