Singer is board certified in occupational medicine. He has been a member of the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation disability evaluators panel for many years. During this time, he also performed independent medical reviews and independent medical examination. Singer’s current practice includes sports medicine and includes working with sports teams in Cleveland. He has held the lead team physician role for the Cleveland Monsters for more than 10 years.
