I earned my BA at OSU, my paralegal certificate and Law degree at Capital University. Prior to being at BWC, I served as a paralegal in collections enforcement and Education sections where I researched a variety of legal issues.
I have been Staff Counsel at BWC for 15 years and currently represent BWC at Industrial Commission hearings in Columbus, Cambridge and Logan IC offices. I also advise the BWC business unit who processes requests for death benefits and matters relating to death claims. I also advise claims policy on matters relating to death claims and other matters. I also advise business units on many other matters ranging from allowance of claims, to PTD, to fraud.
when I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife and 3 children. I have been studying martial arts for over 30 years and am a Master Instructor in Taekwondo and Hapkido. I also enjoy camping, hiking, and just about any physicall activity that can be done outside.
