Scott Warrick is an Employment Attorney and an HR professional with over 30 years of experience in this field. Scott combines the areas of law and human resources to “Solve Employee Problems BEFORE They Happen.” Scott uses his dual background to prevent legal issues while improving employee relations. Scott works with companies to put proper human resource measures in place, as well as coaching and training managers and employees in over 50 different topics in his own unique, practical, entertaining and humorous style.
Scott is also a 6 Time SHRM National Diversity Conference Presenter.
Scott is a nationally Certified Emotional Intelligence Counselor and Diversity/Tolerance presenter who travels the country presenting his “Living The Skills of Tolerance,” “Let’s Bully The Oddball! Preventing All Forms Of Bullying and Harassment In The Workplace,” and “Emotional Intelligence For Humans.”
In 2008, “CEO Magazine” named Scott a “Human Resources Superstar.” Scott also received the Human Resource Association of Central Ohio’s Linda Kerns Award for Outstanding Creativity in the Field of Human Resource Management in 2000 and in 1991 the Ohio State Human Resource Council’s David Prize for Creativity in Human Resource Management.
Scott received his law degree from Capital University College of Law (Class Valedictorian (1st out of 233)) and his Master of Labor & Human Resources and his B.A. in Organizational Communication from The Ohio State University
