Frank Zingales is an Environmental Specialist II at Ohio EPA’s Northeast District Office located in Twinsburg, OH. Mr. Zingales has a B.S. in Environmental Engineering Technology from the University of Dayton. He has worked for Ohio EPA for more than 19 years in the Division of Materials and Waste Management. Mr. Zingales inspects hazardous waste handling facilities for compliance with Ohio’s hazardous waste, used oil and universal waste regulations.
