Rob Brauch has been a developer of advanced instrumentation for Industrial Hygiene, Safety and
Environmental applications since 1978. He’s a 25+ year member of the American Industrial Hygiene
Association, serving on the Technical Committee on Noise and Vibration and is a member of the Real
Time Detection Systems Committee and Ergonomics Committee. He’s also a member of the American
Society of Safety Engineers, National Hearing Conservation Association, Acoustics Society of America,
and National Fire Protection Association. Rob currently is Chair of the ANSI S.1 Working Group 7,
Personal Noise Dosimeters and ASTM Committee D22.0900: Air Quality / Technical Advisory Group to
ISO/TC146.
