Katy is founder of Columbus Corporate Wellness LLC, also known as Wellness Collective. She contributes over 17 years of leadership and consulting experience and is very passionate and enthusiastic in her approach to leading organizations toward a culture of wellness. Her work in fitness and wellness has taken her into Fortune 500 businesses, local organizations, non-profits, and public and private schools. Through effective wellness strategies, program development and engaging delivery of programs, Katy prides herself in the ability of her team to drive motivation and participation within programs nationwide. In addition to leading and growing Wellness Collective, Katy is actively involved as a Teaching Artist in education and community programs through BalletMet as well as an affiliate program called Momentum. This 15 year affiliation has fulfilled Katy’s passion for movement and connecting with the community via arts education. Katy is grateful for her family’s continued support of her entrepreneurial vision. She enjoys spending time with her two daughters and four legged friends and is committed to practicing the work/life integration she helps others to achieve.
