Brad Weber has been involved in the health and safety profession for over 18 years. His areas of focus include all aspects of training and skills of such. He has expertise in drug and alcohol awareness and safety team development. His knowledge and experience allow him to consult, develop, and implement Drug and Alcohol testing programs for companies in all facets of business and industry. Brad presents employee awareness sessions and supervisory skills training. He works with employers to develop programs to help make their workplaces safe for their employees while reducing workplace injuries. Brad currently holds both Executive level and certificate of Safety Management from the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE). He is currently the Operations Manager of the Health & Safety Consulting Team in the Workers’ Compensation division of Sheakley. Sheakley has been in business since 1963, a Human Resources outsourcing company located in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a team, Sheakley Health & Safety Services has offered an average of 120 training sessions per month. Sheakley H & S Services has a combined service history of 50 years in the safety profession, offering EHS consultation services all over the United States. Brad is a respected member of the American Society of Safety Engineers organization. He serves on the regional operating and membership development committees and chaired the Regional Vice President Nominations committee since 2012. Brad is currently the president/delegate of the Southwest Ohio Chapter. He resides in Cincinnati and loves Cincinnati Reds baseball, spending time with his granddaughter, class rock and smooth jazz music.
