Ullman heads up the Columbus office for Ross, Brittain & Schonberg Co. L.P.A. She is an associate who focuses her practice on the defense of workers’ compensation matters for state fund and self-insured employers. Ullman has represented employers since 2004 in all phases of the workers’ compensation process. This includes administrative hearings, appeals in the Court of Common Pleas and mandamus actions in the Court of Appeals. Additionally, Ullman counsels employers on occupational safety and health matters. She also advises employers on Occupational Safety and Health Administration compliance issues, investigations and defends violations when citations rise. She has also practiced in the areas of labor and employment law, representing employers in the public and private sector. Ullman graduated cum laude with a concentration in litigation with honors with her juris doctorate from Case Western Reserve School of Law in 2002. She graduated cum laude for her Bachelor of Arts in history from Ohio University in 1999. She also serves as a member on the Ohio State Bar Association, the Columbus Bar Association, the Columbus Bar Association, Workers' Compensation Section and the Women Lawyers of Franklin County. Ullman’s admitted to the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
