Lemke is a full-time member of the Working Partners® team, working as a client care specialist providing client care and sales support. She assists in problem-solving issues with clients to ensure they handle situations in an objective, policy-driven manner. She also serves as the coordinator of the Working Partners® Drug-Free Workforce Initiative, a public-private partnership between the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services and Working Partners®. The partnership is addressing the economic threat of substance abuse by employees and job seekers in our state. Lemke graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and completed graduate coursework at the University of Dayton in counselor education. She has professional licensure in chemical dependency and mental health. Lemke’s professional experience includes therapy and psychoeducation in residential and outpatient chemical dependency treatment centers. This includes medication assisted treatment, as well as providing similar services within the mental health community. Additionally, Lemke collaborated with the criminal justice system to provide chemical dependency and mental health assessment services to the Franklin County Common Pleas Court. She is an active facilitator in the Working Partners® community workforce development projects, incorporating her passion for education and extensive alcohol and other drug knowledge and experience.
