BWC Rebate and Other Programs

 

You can meet BWC program requirements by attending safety congress workshops, educational sessions and general sessions. All workshops and educational sessions offer IACET CEUs applicable to BWC program requirements.

 Industry-Specific
 Safety Program
Your attendance at three hours of education (equivalent to 0.3 IACET CEUs) meets requirements for a maximum of one loss-prevention activity credit, no matter how many days or how many employer representatives attend. You can attend any session regardless of your industry or business type. You may not represent more than one policy number.
 Safety Council
 Program
Your attendance at one hour of education (equivalent to 0.1 IACET CEU) meets requirements for a maximum of one external training credit, no matter how many days or how many employer representatives attend. Safety council participants must submit their attendance certificates to the local safety council by June 30, 2020, to ensure safety congress attendance is recognized as external training credit.You may not represent more than one policy number.

Your attendance at three hours of education (equivalent to 0.3 IACET CEUs) meets requirements for program year 2019 or 2020, but not both years. You may not represent more than one policy number.

Your attendance at three hours of education (equivalent to 0.3 IACET CEUs) meets requirements for program year 2019 or 2020, but not both years.

Your attendance at two hours of education (equivalent to 0.2 IACET CEUs) meets requirements for program year 2019.
 Policy Activity
 Rebate
Your attendance at one hour of education on two days (equivalent to 0.2 IACET CEUs) meets the maximum of two safety congress credits for program year 2019.

Representing more than one employer
You may attend safety congress on behalf of multiple employers (policy numbers) and receive attendance credit for the Group Experience Rating Program. You cannot represent multiple employers (policy numbers) for any other BWC program. Do not re-register or request multiple badges.

  Enrollment in multiple programs
Your attendance at safety congress can earn your employer (policy number) attendance credit for more than one BWC program (e.g. Group Experience Rating and Industry-Specific Safety Program). Do not re-register or request multiple badges.
