Stephanie McCloud is a veteran executive with a diverse background that includes 20 years of legal, public administration and workers’ compensation experience. A firm believer in public service, she is a former township trustee and active community volunteer. McCloud is a graduate of Capital University Law School and previous recipient of Columbus Business First's "40 Under 40 Award.”

 

 
 


 

Anthony Muñoz
Former Cincinnati Bengal, Pro Football Hall of Famer and President/Chairman of the Anthony Muñoz Foundation

Muñoz is one of Cincinnati’s true sports icons. Considered by many as the greatest offensive lineman in NFL history, Muñoz has a record of excellence that is unrivaled in professional football. An eleven-time NFL Pro Bowl selection, Muñoz is the only Pro Football Hall of Fame inductee in Cincinnati Bengals history. Since retiring, Muñoz and his family have remained in Cincinnati, where Muñoz serves as one of the community’s most accessible and involved advocates.

Patrick Nelson
Senior Consultant and Organizational Development Expert, Lead Star

Nelson knows leadership. He spent nearly seven years in the U.S. Army as a paratrooper and completed three combat deployments in leadership positions. He is a recipient of the inaugural NFL-Tillman Military Scholar award, the Horatio Alger Military Scholar award, the Bronze Star Medal, Purple Heart Medal and numerous other local and national accolades for his military service and academic career. He uses these personal experiences and a robust leadership discussion to help you overcome adversity, effectively communicate and take your safety program to the next level.
