Ali R. Rezai, M.D., is the associate dean of neuroscience and the director of the Neurological Institute at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. Dr. Rezai is a board certified neurosurgeon with clinical expertise in neurosurgical management of patients with Parkinson’s disease, dystonia, chronic pain, brain and spinal cord injuries, spasticity, as well as severe mood and anxiety disorders.
Gerald Steiman, M.D., is a practicing physician at Steiman Neurology Group in Columbus, Ohio. He is board certified in neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and The Royal College of Physicians.
James W. Atchison, DO, is the medical director for Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago - Center for Pain Management. He is board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation, and electrodiagnostic medicine, as well as subspecialty certification in pain medicine.
Jeffrey L. Hunter, MSc, DC, DO, FAAFP, is the chief medical officer for Molina Healthcare of Ohio and a clinical professor at Ohio University. He is board certified in family medicine. In addition, he is a Diplomat of the American Academy of Pain Management, having more than 30 years experience in chiropractic and osteopathic medicine.
Kevin T. Glennon, RN, BSN, CDMS, CWCP, QRP, is vice president of clinical services for One Call Care Management in Jacksonville, Fla. Glennon writes and lectures extensively and has produced more than 30 continuing education programs on workers’ compensation, claims management, long-term disabilities, aging workers and on other related topics.
Matthew Levy, M.D., has been an orthopedic surgeon for more than 20 years. He practices at Saint Vincent Charity Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio, and he is co-medical director at 1-888-OHIOCOMP. He has performed disability exams for more than 15 years.
Michael Coupland, CPsych, RPsych, CRC, is a registered psychologist. He co-founded three national disability evaluation companies that performed more than 250,000 evaluations. He’s also the developer of the AssessAbility Functional Medicine Evaluation and Functional Psychological Evaluation systems.
Nicholas U. Ahn, M.D., serves as a professor of orthopaedic surgery at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, and serves as the director of the Spine Surgery Fellowship Program at University Hospitals of Cleveland.
Phil LeFevre is senior vice president of business development for the Work Loss Data Institute LLC in Austin, Texas, where he leads operations. He is a 16-year institute veteran in the development and delivery of evidence-based medical treatment guidelines and database analytics. LeFevre is the nationally featured trainer for ODG: Good to Go! He hosts a popular webinar series, ODG: In the Know.
Richard W. Rosenquist, M.D., serves as chair of the pain management department at Cleveland Clinic. He serves as the chair for the American Society of Anesthesiologists Committee on Pain Medicine. He’s vice-chair for the American Board of Anesthesiology Pain Medicine Examination Committee and Anesthesiology Residency Review Committee for the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education.
Robin A. Hunter, DC, ICSSD FIAMA, FICC, serves as sports medicine and rehabilitation chiropractor and clinical assistant professor for The Ohio State University College of Medicine. She is also a clinical associate professor with Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Susan K. Blank, M.D., is the founder and chief medical officer for an outpatient treatment program dedicated to treating patients with addiction and other co-occurring disorders. She oversees psychiatric services, addiction services  and assessments  for patients with chronic pain, bariatric patients  and impaired professionals.
William S. Marras, Ph.D., CPE, holds the Honda Chair in the department of integrated systems engineering  at  The  Ohio  State  University.  He  is  the  director  of  the  Spine  Research  Institute encompassing Biodynamics Laboratory and the Center for Occupational Health in Automobile Manufacturing.
