Korchevskiy is a certified toxicologist, certified industrial hygienist (CIH), and is the director of research and development at C&IH. He holds a doctorate in applied mathematics, a doctorate in biology, and is a full member of the Society of Toxicology. He has more than 130 scientific publications in the fields of industrial hygiene, epidemiology, and environmental health and safety, and has authored books and articles published in the United States, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, France, Morocco, India, Japan, and Tajikistan, including peer-reviewed journal publications. His areas of expertise include risk assessment and risk management, toxicology and exposure assessment of fibrous minerals and nanoparticles, cancer epidemiology, and mathematical modeling. He has also published several papers on the theory of numbers. Since 2013, Korchevskiy has taught professional development courses on risk assessment at conferences and seminars for the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA), the British Occupational Hygiene Society, the U.S. Navy and Marine Corp., and other public and private organizations. He is a Distinguished Lecturer of the AIHA (since 2017); recipient of the AIHA’s Outstanding Project Team Award, Volunteer Group Service Award (2016, 2018), and Leadership Award (2019); and is also a chair of the AIHA Standards Advisory Panel.
