Speaker: Terry Butler, President, Lean Steps Consulting Inc.
Butler is a 35-year certified safety professional with extensive experience in global manufacturing safety. He was vice president of environmental health and safety and employee benefits for Vermeer Manufacturing for the last 18 years and has been an applied research pioneer in exoskeletons for the last five years. Butler holds two bachelors’ in safety engineering and industrial technology. Working with Iowa State University (ISU), he has conducted exoskeleton field studies at Vermeer, John Deere, Toyota, and EMCOR Construction along with extensive lab based studies at ISU.
