Yakhnitskiy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environment, Economy, Development, and Sustainability with a specialization in Business and Sustainability. Yakhnitskiy helps clients review their environmental permits and creates easy-to-follow compliance monitoring systems to manage and track their requirements. Yakhnitskiy has experience performing compliance audits, hazardous waste accumulation area inspections, stormwater sampling, SPCC/stormwater inspections, EPCRA reporting, developing, and training on stormwater pollution prevention plans and spill prevention control and countermeasure plans, and hazardous and universal waste standard operating procedures. Yakhnitskiy also received his 40-hour hazardous waste operations and emergency response certification and completed eight-hour Department of Transportation requirements for shipping hazardous materials training.
