Warrick is a practicing employment law attorney and human resources professional with more than 35 years of hands-on experience. Warrick uses this unique background to help organizations get where they want to go. This includes coaching and training managers and employees on-site in more than 50 topics. Warrick’s goal is to prevent lawsuits before they happen while improving employee morale. Warrick’s educational content includes videos on the Americans with Disabilities Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, and harassment. He has been a Society for Human Resource Management National Diversity Conference presenter in 2003, 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2012. Warrick received the Human Resource Association of Central Ohio’s Linda Kerns Award for Outstanding Creativity in the Field of Human Resource Management and The Ohio State Human Resource Council’s David Prize for Creativity in Human Resource Management. He holds a master’s degree in labor and human resources from Capital University and a Bachelor of Arts in organizational communication from The Ohio State University.
